Our Experience

We have debated back and forth regarding the issue of our next post, but felt it only appropriate to include the people we love in the experience we've recently endured. On October 4 the doctor confirmed what Cindy was feeling and issued an Ultrasound. :) Yep, we were anticipating to hear a heartbeat, and we did. On October 8, we visited the hospital - Cindy with a very full bladder- and heard a tiny little miraculous heartbeat. What a miracle!

Unfortunately, physical circumstances changed and within one week, we were no longer able to hear the heartbeat. Provided that the baby was only seven weeks along, the doctor recommended a procedure to assist Cindy with letting go of the baby. It was a very emotional experience and one that we will never forget. However, there is promise of another chance and opportunity to bring new life into our family. We are waiting for the right time, but anticipate the much awaited day to share the great news with everyone.

Although this post bears sad news, we know that your love and interest is important as we endure. The sad news will pass, and hope will revive itself again. We have grown closer to God and as a family through this endeavor and will continue to grow as each day passes.

We are very excited to visit with everyone over Christmas! It will be wonderful to reunite with family and join in celebrating the birth of our Savior.
